Always received excellent care from all staff and doctors, never had any trouble making appointments . Think we are so lucky to belong to this practice, well done to you all

Myself and my partner unfortunately have long term illnesses and we have to use the surgery frequently. We could not be happier with the care and attention that we receive. We mostly see Dr Ghazi, he has been so helpful in arranging referrals for my partner and then having appointments to go through the results. For myself I have ongoing medical problems, one of the main ones is clinical depression and on the occasions I have been to see Dr Ghazi he has been calming and very easy to speak to. For us his professionalism in A1. We also have to have a lot of blood tests etc, Babs and Rachel are wonderful, always pleasant, make you feel relaxed. The receptionists have a hard job dealing with patients on the phone and face to face each day. People should accept that on the odd occasion mistakes can be made but for the majority of the time these front line staff are the ones who should be thanked for making things run smoothly. All the receptionists are excellent but Lucy and Hayley are outstanding. They have gone above and beyond not only to help myself and partner but also my parents (who are also registered at the surgery). The recovery of Birchington Medical Centre is well underway now and long may it continue on the upward curve.

Friendly staff, quick service and excellent service from Ellie re a blood test. Clean and tidy and super service.

I had read bad reviews on this surgery when I moved to the area but I have to say that this surgery and its staff are efficient professional accommodating hygienic and welcoming
Yes it is difficult to get through in the morning but I think that is the sign of the times
I have had nothing but good service and I find the staff friendly and helpful even though they are under so much pressure as this is an extremely busy surgery
